Our capabilities span general engineering through to heavy and oversized machining. We manufacture new components, machine complex fabrications, and refurbish existing equipment for applications where strength, scale, and reliability matter.

From one-off prototypes through to full production runs. Using CNC milling, turning, and finishing processes, we work with materials including steel, aluminium, and engineering plastics.
CNC Machining Centres
Ten vertical and five horizontal multi-pallet CNC machining centres support jobbing, small-volume, and high-volume production.
Newer machinery is selected to minimise setup times, enabling efficient changeovers, reduced downtime, and the ability to run extended or unattended production.
CNC Lathes & Multitasking Centres
Sixteen multiaxis CNC lathes cover a wide range of turning requirements. From small to medium bar-fed collet work through to larger components using chucking lathes up to 21” with 165mm spindle bore.
Our robot-tended multitasking machines, with sub-spindles and up to nine-axis capability, allow complex parts to be completed in fewer setups.
CNC Horizontal Boring & Milling Centres
Two CNC horizontal boring and milling machines are dedicated to larger workpieces, with capacity up to 3m x 2m x 1800mm.
Continuous fourth-axis tables support accurate machining of heavy components, fabricated structures, and low-volume specialised work.
CMM
Our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is a critical part of our quality control process, ensuring components we produce meet precise specifications. Using advanced probing technology, the CMM verifies dimensions, tolerances, and intricate geometries directly against design data.
This allows us to detect even the smallest deviations, maintain consistency across production runs, and provide our clients with confidence that all machined parts meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
Engineering & Manufacturing Resources
GammInCo has a wide range of manufacturing and engineering resources over and above machining, to provide our customers with a fully one-stop manufactured solution. These include high-definition plasma cutting, pressing, robotic production welding, and assembly.

What We Machine
GammInCo is primarily involved in metals machining and manufacturing, working with a wide range of materials including carbon steels, high-tensile steels, alloy and special steels, grey irons, stainless steels, aluminium alloys, and brasses and bronzes.
We machine a variety of material forms, including round and hollow bar, plate, profiles, castings, and welded fabrications. In addition, we have extensive experience working with commercial and engineering plastics, as well as specialty materials such as wood for specific applications.
Logistics
Our customer base includes both domestic and offshore OEMs. We work with trusted transport and distribution partners to ensure all products are delivered on time, in full, and without damage. Where required, we also consolidate shipments with other suppliers to streamline delivery and reduce costs.
Our experienced warehousing team manages all incoming and outgoing goods, including customer-supplied materials and subcontracted work. With extensive experience in just-in-time supply systems, we support customers with ongoing production requirements and continuous parts supply.
